Pomace: from Zibibbo (Moscato d?Alessandria) grapes.

Distillation: The pomace from the best Zibibbo grapes of the Donnafugata production is conserved and fermented by a method that allows for the best ‘expression’ of the aromatic legacy of this variety. Distillation is carried out in continuous alembic stills, as well as a small part in copper discontinuous ones. The working relationship between Donnafugata’s technical staff and the Master distillatory creates the best blend of the different distillations.
