TASTE, the Salon of Taste and Ideas organized by “Pitti Immagine” is an original journey dedicated to the discovery of the cultural and biological diversity of Italian food&wine.
Spawned by an idea of Davide Paolini, Taste is, at the same time, a vast department store linked to food and wine, to a procession of tastes. It is a place for cultural and culinary debate.
