Tre Bicchieri - "Anche quest'anno è il Mille e una Notte a raccogliere i nostri giudizi più lusinghieri, che gli valgono ancora i Tre Bicchieri. E' un grande rosso mediterraneo, perfetta espressione del Nero d'Avola, che lo compone quasi in purezza (c'è Perricone per circa il 10%). Ha un colore rubino cupo, concentrato, e al naso si apre ricco e complesso su toni di frutti rossi e neri ben maturi, con note di tabacco, cioccolato, spezie e, ancora, macchia mediterranea e delicate note boisè. In bocca è potente e caldo, ricco di frutto e allo stesso tempo soavemente equilibrato, armonico, grazie a tannini levigatissimi e ad una freschezza espressevi che sorregge il fruttato in un lunghissimo e complesso finale. |
