{"id":168483,"date":"2024-06-14T10:49:36","date_gmt":"2024-06-14T10:49:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.donnafugata.it\/?p=168483"},"modified":"2024-06-14T10:52:06","modified_gmt":"2024-06-14T10:52:06","slug":"ben-rye-the-sweet-wine-at-the-g7-in-puglia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.donnafugata.it\/en\/blog\/ben-rye-the-sweet-wine-at-the-g7-in-puglia\/","title":{"rendered":"Ben Ry\u00e9, the sweet wine at the G7 in Puglia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Ben Ry\u00e9 2022 Passito di Pantelleria<\/strong> is the sweet wine that will be served on the occasion of the <strong>G7<\/strong> which has just opened in <strong>Puglia<\/strong> (Italy).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201c<strong>Vieni in Italia con me<\/strong>\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> (Come to Italy with me) menu will be offered to the Heads of State and Government, created by<strong> chef Massimo Bottura<\/strong> as a real journey to discover the food and wine heritage from the north to the south of Italy.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ben Ry\u00e9 will be paired with one of the classic desserts of the Michelin three-starred chef of the <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Osteria Francescana<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, the famous <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cOops mi \u00e8 caduta la crostatina al limone\u201d<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> (Oops I dropped the lemon tart), a tribute to the flavors of the Mediterranean, prepared with Sorrento lemons, Calabrian bergamots and Noto almonds.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The name and presentation of this dessert were born from a &#8220;mistake&#8221;: the tart was about to be served when it slipped from the hands of a chef of the brigade.
