Ben Ryé 2017 Limited Edition has a golden
color with intense amber highlights.
It is a wine with an intense bouquet and
extraordinarily rich in captivating facets;
the typical fruity notes of apricot, yellow
peach, candied orange peel and raisins
are joined by countless nuances given by
the long bottle aging: notes of figs, dates
and carob are harmoniously intertwined
with hints of chestnut honey and Mediterranean
herbs. On the palate, the Ben
Ryé 2017 Limited Edition has a perfect
taste-olfactory correspondence and the
excellent acidity perfectly balances the
sweet component, giving this wine a very
high expression of elegance and personality.
Finally, the taste is characterized by
crisp and very long persistence. - At the table

Perfect with dry pastries, chocolate and
tarts with jam or ricotta cheese. Also
try with blue cheeses and foie gras.
Outstanding on its own as a meditation
wine. Serve it in medium-sized, slightly
flared goblets; it can be uncorked on
