Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to the Italian legislation you can return your product within 14 days from the delivery date of the last product of your order (please read the General Conditions of Sale).


If you are a “Registered Customer” you can withdraw by filling the Online Withdrawal Declaration directly through the “Order History”.
Unregistered customers can access the “Order Summary” by following the instructions contained in the “Customer Service” section.

Once the Online Withdrawal Declaration and/or the Model Withdrawal Form have been received, Ecommerce Outsourcing Customer Service will promptly give the customer instructions for return, assigning a specific AMR (Authorized Merchandise Return) that the customer is asked to use when returning the Product.
The Product must be returned to Ecommerce Outsourcing within 14 days of the date of communication of the AMR number.
Products must be returned in accordance with terms specified in our Terms & Conditions of Sales: Read all details on the Right of Withdrawal.

Returns” are subject to the following conditions:

  • In order for returns/exchanges to be accepted, the right of return should be applied to product purchased in its entirety; it cannot be exercised in relation to single parts and / or product accessories;
  • The complete integrity of the item is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal. The product should be kept with normal conscientiousness and returned intact, complete in all its parts, with no signs of wear or dirt, it should not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;
  • The right of withdrawal does not apply in relation to products made according to the customer’s specifications or clearly tailored to the customer’s request (customized apparel products at the request of the customer, e.g. jersey with name, numbers or stickers applied; initials embroidered,…) or which by their specific nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging (bags and/or packaging), complete with all their parts (including the identification tag, which must still be attached to products with the disposable seal, that is an integral part of the product);
  • In order to limit damages to the original package, we recommend inserting it in a second box, affixing the label provided by us, with the RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization). In all cases it should be avoided affixing labels or tape directly on the original product packaging.

Refund terms

We will refund you, within 14 days from receipt of the returned product.

The money will be refunded through a reversal transaction using the same payment method chosen at checkout (e.g. reversing the amount debited onto your credit card, or recharging the amount back onto your PayPal account).
In the event of a mismatch between the recipient of the products indicated on the order form and the person who made the payment, the refund will be carried out to the party who made the payment.
