Production began on the slopes of Mount Etna in 2019 with the harvesting of select Nerello Mascalese grapes and now, after over five years of expert ageing, this refined brut rosé is ready to be enjoyed.

The volcanic soil further elevates its unmistakeable identity: pale pink with gold tints, Bollicina Gold stands out for its bouquet of bread crust and fruity hints of citrus and redcurrant; on the palate, it is enveloping with notable minerality and persistence.
