The company invests in renewable energy, with photovoltaic systems providing a total installed capacity of 537 kW and contributing to the reduction of CO2 emissions. The architecture of the wineries also reflects this approach. In Marsala, for example, the underground barrique cellar carved into the tuff rock naturally benefits from the temperature of the surrounding stone, creating ideal conditions for wine ageing while reducing energy consumption.
