Produced from the best grapes of the year, Mille e una Notte best expresses the company's tailor-made wine-making process. Following the careful manual harvest of the grapes, a further selection of the bunches and grapes is carried out on the vibrating table. A latest generation destemmer is then able to select the best grapes and discard the green and overripe ones. Fermentation in steel tanks with maceration on the skins for about 14 days, our wine then ages in French oak barrels and a long period in bottles.
